Named after Clive of India, or Robert Clive*, Clive Barn is a no smoking property. Sleeping up to six people, just some of the features that Clive Barn boasts include beamed ceilings, flagstone floors and underfloor heating (ground floor). The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, a fridge freezer and a washing machine.

The property also has Wi-Fi, five Freeview TVs (including a 42" Smart TV), and there is parking for up to three cars. The comfortable sleeping accommodation is split over two floors. There is one double bedroom on the first floor, with an ensuite with shower and toilet; and on the second floor there is a second double room (with a 5 foot bed), with ensuite bathroom with over the bath shower, and a twin room, with ensuite shower room and toilet.

Guests enjoying a stay in Clive Barn also have shared access, with Darwin Barn, to a garden with outside seating area, barbecue and 12-acre of natural grounds.

*Clive of India was born in the market town of Market Drayton, just four miles from Stud Farm Barns, in the 1700s. He was the commander-in-chief of British India and is regarded as being one of the most controversial military figures in British history.

NB: Please note that there are two unfenced lakes in grounds, 50 yards from the accommodation.
